01.17Time Warner testing usage based pricing
Time Warner is planning to test charging customers based on the amount of bandwidth they use later this year. They claim a small amount of people account for 50% of all bandwidth usage. No details on what the bandwidth tiers will be but I’m sure I would be in the upper tiers.

I really hope they DON’T do this.
I may have to switch to a business DSL line if they do.

So will pretty much every major torrenter in the world.
No need to make the ISPs like the ones that run out of eastern europe. Now things are just getting stupid.
