Fans will return to the Farscape universe in an original Web series, set to be released on SCIFI.com. The 10-part series is executive produced by Brian Henson and Robert Halmi Jr. and produced by The Jim Henson Company in association with RHI Entertainment. “The series will revive and expand the beloved Farscape universe,” according to the network.
The executive producers of Sci Fi Channel’s “Battlestar Galactica,” which will kick off its fourth and final season next year, said plans for the show’s demise have been in the works for more than a year.
“Heroes: Origins,” a spin-off series of this season’s breakout hit that will, at least temporarily, replace “Heroes” on NBC’s Monday night schedule.

The working concept for the third Stargate television series includes the Stargate’s ninth chevron.
“The working title of the third Stargate television series has been unveiled! The series currently exists in the form of a one-page treatment of the story and characters, with the title Stargate Universe, executive producer Robert C. Cooper told GateWorld exclusively.”
It won’t come back until January at the earliest, but “Battlestar Galactica” fans do have something to celebrate now: A 22-episode fourth season.
